In order to access Facilities Online, you must first obtain a customer ID and password. If you do not have an account Request an Account Now. You will receive an email confirming your account and password on the next business day.

To request a reservation for one of our facilities, you should have some information prepared before you start:

• Your customer ID and password (Request an Account Now)
• The number of people you expect to attend your event
• The particular requirements of your event: which type of facility, where and special amenities
• The date(s) and time(s) you want and a few alternates

We will review your request and let you know by e-mail if it’s approved. If it’s not approved, we’ll tell you why. We will also tell you what the charges are for the permit at that time.

The reservation is confirmed once payment of all fees and deposits are received. Your request is tentative and will automatically expire after five days unless payment is received.

Payments
Payment can be made via credit card (VISA or Master Card) on this site, by check via the US Postal Service or by check or cash in person at any Parks District Office. For questions regarding payments, please send an email to parks.reservations@mauicounty.gov. If you contact us outside of business hours, please allow one business day to receive a reply.

Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations can only be made by the applicant of record, in person with a valid picture ID or by mail according to instructions received at the time of a cancellation request. Please email any cancellation requests to parks.reservations@mauicounty.gov.

Please Note: The County of Maui, Office of Parks and Recreation takes extensive measures to ensure that the information presented online and in printed materials is accurate and up to date. However, due to a high volume of inquiries and the priority of certain special events, there may be factors affecting facility availability that are not apparent in our online reservation system. You will be notified by email if these factors affect your reservation request.

Craft Fair Policy: Due to the high demand for Community Center use, Craft Fair reservation requests cannot be processed over the internet. Craft Fair reservation requests must be made in person in the District Office where the event is being planned.
